At Kirari Magical Scoops, every Mystery Scoop is packed with love and a little bit of magic. Because every scoop is a surprise, we kindly ask you to read our return policy before purchasing.

🎁 Mystery Scoops

All Mystery Scoop sales are final.

Since the excitement comes from not knowing what you'll receive, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on:

• Receiving duplicate items
• Personal preference
• Disliking the surprise
• Already owning an item

Every purchase is part of the magical mystery experience.

*While we do our best to avoid duplicates in the same order whenever possible, we cannot guarantee that future orders won't include items you've previously received. Each Mystery Scoop is packed randomly from our available inventory.*

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, don't worry—we'll make it right!

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the package
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

We'll review your request and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

🚚 Lost Packages

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.

However, if your package appears to be lost, contact us and we'll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate it.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven't been packed yet.

Once Kira begins preparing your magical package, cancellations are no longer possible.
